EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing us at info@80smetal.co.uk

Please clearly state your name, order number, and that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

We will reimburse all product payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• Digital content which has been downloaded or streamed
